Standard International Shipping: $5.00 USD
Express International Shipping: $50.00 USD
Free Worldwide Shipping: On all orders over $150 USD.
Indonesia: Free Standard Shipping.
Order Processing & Dispatch All Wongso orders are securely processed, packed, and dispatched from our design studio within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking Your Order You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website link provided in your email. Please note: Because we ship globally, your package will first travel to our international export facility. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking link to display its first international movement scan.
Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times The estimated delivery times below reflect transit after dispatch. While we strive to ensure a smooth and rapid delivery, please note that these are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by international customs processing.
International Duties & Taxes Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government. As the customer, you are entirely responsible for paying these fees to release your package from customs. We cannot predict what these charges may be, and Wongso is not responsible for any additional charges incurred or for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes Please ensure your delivery address is entirely accurate at checkout, as we are unable to modify the destination once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. For security and routing purposes, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Delays We want your order in your hands as quickly as possible. However, once a package leaves our studio, we unfortunately have no control over carrier delays, extreme weather events, or international customs holds.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Wongso is a small, independent design studio. To maintain the highest hygiene standards for intimate apparel, we strictly do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review our sizing charts carefully and ensure you are completely confident in your selections before completing your purchase.
