How to Measure Yourself
You'll need a soft tape measure and 2 minutes.
- Chest: wrap the tape under your arms, across the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: wrap the tape around your natural waistline (usually just above your belly button), snug but not tight.
Compare your number to the ranges above — if you're between two sizes, size up for stretch fabrics.
